Questions, answered
Bridge24 FAQ, 47 questionsEverything people ask before, during and after their first campaign. Nothing here is a sales pitch. If your question is missing, email [email protected] and a person will answer it.
Getting started
What is Bridge24?
A simplified ads manager for Facebook and Instagram. It connects to your existing Meta ad account through Meta's official Marketing API and lets you launch, preview, track and improve campaigns without learning Ads Manager.
Who is Bridge24 for?
Small business owners, e-commerce stores, restaurants, local services, coaches, creators and founders who either pay someone else to run their ads or gave up on Ads Manager. If you can answer questions about your business, you can run a campaign.
Do I need any advertising experience?
No. Bridge24 asks plain questions about what you sell and who should see it, then fills in the expert settings itself. Nothing asks you to pick a bid strategy or an attribution window.
How long does it take to launch my first campaign?
Minutes, if your Meta account is already set up. Connecting the account, answering the questions and publishing is a single sitting. Meta then reviews the ad, which usually takes under 24 hours.
Do I need a Facebook Page?
Yes. Every Meta ad runs in the name of a Facebook Page, so you need one before publishing. Bridge24 lets you attach a Page per ad account, which matters if you run several brands.
Do I need a website?
For most campaign types, yes, since the ad sends people somewhere. A well-set-up Instagram profile or a simple landing page is enough to start.
Pricing and billing
How much does Bridge24 cost?
59 euros per month, or 590 euros per year which works out at two months free. One price, no tiers, no per-seat charge and no setup fee.
Do you take a percentage of my ad spend?
No, never. This is the whole point of the product. Agencies commonly take 10 to 20 percent of spend on top of a retainer. Bridge24 takes zero percent.
Who charges me for the ads themselves?
Meta does, directly, on the payment method attached to your ad account. Your ad budget never passes through Bridge24.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current period with no cancellation fee. Your campaigns and ad account remain yours; they live on Meta, not on us.
Is there a free trial?
Get in touch at [email protected] and we will tell you what is currently on offer. We would rather answer honestly than leave a stale promise on a page.
What happens to my campaigns if I stop paying?
Nothing on Meta's side. Your campaigns, ad account and history stay exactly where they are, because they live in your Meta account. You simply lose the Bridge24 interface over them.
Your Meta account
Do I need a Facebook ad account already?
Yes. Bridge24 works with your existing Meta ad account rather than creating a parallel one. You stay the owner of the account, its billing and its data at all times.
What permissions does Bridge24 ask for?
Only what the product needs to work: reading and managing the ad accounts you choose, listing your Pages, and reading performance data. You can review and revoke access from your Meta settings whenever you like.
Can I connect more than one ad account?
Yes, and more than one Page. Each ad account can publish under its own Page, which is what you want when you run several brands or manage accounts for others.
What if my ad account has no payment method?
Meta will accept your campaigns and then refuse to deliver them, usually reporting the ad set as pending billing information. Add a card in Meta's billing centre and delivery starts on its own, with no need to rebuild anything.
Can I still use Meta Ads Manager alongside Bridge24?
Yes. Bridge24 reads and writes through the official API, so anything you change in Ads Manager appears in Bridge24 after a sync, and the other way around.
Is Bridge24 affiliated with Meta?
No. Bridge24 is an independent product built on Meta's official Marketing APIs. Facebook, Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Campaigns and results
What campaign objectives can I run?
The ones that matter for a small business: traffic to your site, leads, and sales or conversions. Each maps onto a real Meta objective under the hood.
Can I see what my ad will look like before publishing?
Yes. You get a live preview of every placement, Feed, Stories and Reels, rendered by Meta itself, so what you approve is what people see.
What is a pixel and do I need one?
The pixel is a small snippet on your website that tells Meta when someone signs up or buys. Without it Meta can optimise for clicks but not for outcomes, and you cannot tell which ad produced a sale. If you sell or collect leads online, you want one.
What is the Conversions API?
A server-side companion to the pixel. The pixel reports from the browser, which ad blockers and privacy settings often prevent, while the Conversions API reports from your server. Running both gives Meta a fuller picture.
How often do my numbers refresh?
Bridge24 syncs performance data from Meta incrementally and reads from its own store, so the dashboard opens instantly rather than waiting on Meta. Figures reflect the last sync, and Meta itself restates the most recent days as late conversions arrive.
What does the AI analysis actually do?
It reads your campaign setup, live delivery status and the last 30 days of metrics, then writes a short plain-language verdict with the two or three highest-impact next steps. It reasons only over your real numbers and does not invent any.
Why is my campaign not delivering?
The usual causes, in order: no payment method on the ad account, the ad still in review, the ad itself switched off while the campaign is on, a schedule that has already ended, or an ad set with no ads attached. Bridge24 shows which of these applies rather than a generic paused label.
How long before I can judge a campaign?
Give Meta a few days and a meaningful number of impressions before changing anything. Editing daily resets the learning phase and is the most common way people make their own results worse.
Reports and data
Do I get a report?
Yes. A daily PDF covering the campaigns that are genuinely running, with a plain-language tip per campaign. You can also download the same report on demand from the Reports page at any time.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Daily performance rows export to CSV per campaign over any date range you pick, alongside the PDF report.
Is my data safe?
Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, all traffic runs over TLS, and we request only the Meta permissions the product needs. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Disconnect your Meta account inside the app, or email [email protected]. Everything personal and platform-related is deleted within 30 days. The data deletion page has the step by step.
Does Bridge24 support TikTok or Snapchat?
Not yet. Meta, meaning Facebook and Instagram, is what is live today. Other platforms are planned, and the product is built so they can be added without changing how you work.
Something is broken or missing. Who do I talk to?
Email [email protected]. A person reads every message.
Targeting and audiences
How do I choose who sees my ad?
Start with location, age range and gender, and resist adding more. Meta's delivery system finds buyers inside a broad audience faster than you can describe them. Stacking five interests on top of a small town is the most common way beginners starve their own campaign.
How big should my audience be?
For a local business, tens of thousands of people is workable. Below roughly ten thousand, Meta struggles to optimise and your costs climb. If your audience is small, widen the radius before you widen the interests.
What is a lookalike audience?
You give Meta a list of your existing customers, and it finds people who resemble them. It is usually the single highest-performing audience a business has, but it needs a source list of at least a few hundred people to work.
What is retargeting?
Showing ads to people who already visited your site or engaged with your Page. It almost always costs less per result than reaching strangers, because you are talking to people who already know you. It needs a pixel to work.
Should I target by interest?
Less than you think. Interest targeting was essential a decade ago and matters much less now that Meta's own optimisation is strong. Use it to exclude obviously wrong audiences rather than to hand-build the right one.
Creative and copy
What makes a Facebook ad work?
A first line that names the problem your customer has, an image that stops the scroll, and a destination that does what the ad promised. In that order. Most failing ads fail on the first line or the destination, not the targeting.
Image or video?
Test both. Video often earns cheaper attention but takes longer to make; a strong still image with clear text frequently beats a mediocre video. Whichever you pick, check the preview in Stories, where the interface crops aggressively.
How often should I change my creative?
When frequency climbs past three or four and your click rate starts falling, that is fatigue and no budget change will fix it. For a small local audience that can be every few weeks; for a broad one it can be months.
How many ads should I run at once?
Two or three per ad set is plenty. More than that and each one gets too little delivery to tell you anything, and Meta will concentrate spend on one anyway.
Do I need different ads for Facebook and Instagram?
Not different ads, but check the preview for each placement. Copy that reads well in the Feed is often truncated in Reels, and text at the bottom of an image gets covered by the interface in Stories.
Budget and scaling
What daily budget should I start with?
Ten to twenty euros a day for a first test. Below about five, Meta cannot gather enough data to leave the learning phase, and you pay for results too thin to act on.
Should I use a daily or lifetime budget?
Daily, in almost every case. It is easier to reason about and easier to stop. Lifetime budgets make sense for a campaign with a hard end date, like an event.
How do I scale a campaign that is working?
Raise the budget by twenty to thirty percent at a time and wait a few days between increases. Doubling a budget overnight typically pushes the campaign back into learning and costs go up before they come down.
Should I split my budget across several ad sets?
Not at the start. Three hundred euros on one ad set produces one readable result; the same money across five produces five unreadable ones.
What is the learning phase?
The period where Meta is still working out who responds to your ad. Results are unstable and usually worse. It ends after roughly fifty conversions in a week, and every significant edit restarts it.
No question matches that.
